1. Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Responsible for overseeing all organizational activities to ensure alignment with strategic goals and objectives, as well as collaborating with the executive team to drive operational excellence and growth.

Provide remote administrative support to the Founder by assisting with tasks such as managing work calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing digital documents, and handling other general administrative duties (including taking meeting minutes and other duties as assigned).

CURRENT AVAILABLE MANGEMENT POSITIONS
1. Video Production Manager
Responsible for overseeing the editing process of all recorded webinars and creating engaging short videos for various social media platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook.
2. Social Media Manager
Responsible for managing one social media account based on your preference or experience (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, or Twitter).
3. Newsletter Coordinator
Responsible for assisting with the creation and dissemination of newsletters focused on various health/healthcare topics, recent advancements in the healthcare field, conducting email-based interviews with healthcare professionals, and offering helpful tips that benefit pre-health students.
4. Graphic Designer
Responsible for creating eye-catching social media graphics and layout-enhancing magazine illustrations that elevate the aesthetic appeal of our digital magazine and social media presence as needed.
5. Junior/Senior Mentorship Program Coordinator
Responsible for assisting with the recruitment and management of mentors and mentees for our Junior/Senior Mentorship Program.
6. Ambassador Program Coordinator
Responsible for coordinating the activities of our team of ambassadors every quarter.
CURRENT AVAILABLE EXECUTIVE POSITIONS

1. Director of Conference & Assistant Director of Conference
Oversee the overall planning, organization, and execution of the virtual annual conference.
2. Director of Human Resources
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition/recruitment, volunteer relations, compliance, and HR strategy (including development and implementation of policies).

3. Assistant Director of Research
Lead and provide support in planning and executing virtual research activities, as well as jointly oversee future research initiatives, including workshops, a research journal club, and a research symposium.
4. Director of IT
Oversee website performance, update content, and manage technical aspects. Proficiency in coding or website development is a plus. Familiarity with Google Site is essential.

Absolutely, we welcome anyone who is passionate about helping others.
How frequently does the team typically meet or communicate with each other?
The managerial positions will meet as needed to ensure progress continuity, while executive positions involve monthly board meetings and weekly team-specific meetings, each lasting approximately one hour.
How long do I have to wait for a video interview after application submission?
While there is no guarantee of receiving a video interview, typically our hiring team takes 1-2 weeks to respond due to the high volume of applications we receive.
What are the eligibility criteria and requirements for joining the team?
Please note that there are age requirements to consider prior to applying. Managerial positions are open to individuals who are 15 years of age or older, while the executive positions are only open to individuals who are 18 years old or older.

Yes, team members will have the opportunity to work on cross-functional projects or initiatives if they are willing to go above and beyond their assigned role.

What is the expected time commitment for the positions?
The managerial positions require a commitment of 2-3 hours per week, while executive positions require a minimum of 2-3 hours per week, with some weeks potentially requiring additional time to ensure progress continuity. Regarding the long-term commitment, executives and managerial positions are required to commit for a minimum of 1 year.
Can I apply for multiple positions or roles within the organization?
Yes, you are welcome to apply for multiple positions. However, only one position will be accepted and assigned to you after the finalization of the selection process. Exceptions are possible, but they are contingent upon possessing skills relevant to all the positions you have applied for.
How will the team members be supported and guided in their roles?
For executive positions, team members will work closely with the Founder and other directors, benefiting from an interactive and supportive team environment. Managerial positions will primarily work under the guidance of the respective team's Director.
What qualifications or experience are you looking for in applicants?
We highly value previous experience that is relevant to the desired position(s), although we also prioritize individuals who are passionate about our mission and demonstrate a strong willingness to learn, even if they are taking on a role they haven't had prior experience in.
